Tournaments are one of the most exiting parts of soccer – they provide team bonding, a fun competitive environment for players, a chance to meet new teams and an overall celebration of soccer.
State Championships
The US Youth Soccer Washington State Championships is the most prestigious tournament and showcases the highest level of competitive play within the state in the U12 – U19 age groups. Championship teams represent Washington State at the US Youth Soccer Far West Region Championships.
Presidents Cup
Washington Youth Soccer’s largest competitive state cup tournament. Presidents Cup is designed to enhance the accomplishments and skill levels of teams ages 9U-19U. Where Division 1 Champions from the 13u -19U ages punch their ticket to compete at USYS Far West President Cup Regionals.
Founder's Cup
For boys’ and girls’ teams, ages 9U through 19U looking for a step up from the Recreational Cup and that currently compete in the North Puget Sound League or similar but have not played in a Regional Club League, the Founders Cup provides the next level of competition.
Recreational Cup
Open to all Boy and Girl recreational teams ages 9U -19U, the Recreational Cup is a massive statewide competition that gives all youth players a shot at glory.
REGIONAL & NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Washington State Champions (12U through 19U) qualify for the Far West (Region VI) Championships, where they will compete for a place at the highest level of youth soccer competition, the National Youth Soccer Championships.
REGIONAL & NATIONAL PRESIDENTS CUP
Champions from the state Presidents Cup (13U through 17U) will have the opportunity to move on to the Regional Presidents Cup. If they are crowned champions at the regional level, they will then qualify for the National Presidents Cup.
